Owner/Agent's Comments
Stallion Information and Show Results:
Top modern sporthorse with huge potential. Okeanos is a younger, almost a full brother to Briar 899, who is the number one dressage stallion in the world for 6 years. Both stallions have the sire Magini. The dams of Okeanos and Briar are full sisters. The grandsire, Krocket, was a stallion test winner in jumping and sire to bronze medal winner in eventing, Ypaja Karuso, 2002/Jerez, and second in 2003/Badminton. Okeanos was first approved in Vechta as German Oldenburg in 2004, and then in Sweden in 2005. The very good remarks from both stallion tests, showed very clearly his double talents in his capacity in both jumping and dressage. He just began his dressage career, under Jan Brink, the same rider of Briar 899. In his first three starts, Okeanos already has 2 wins at Prix St. George and Intermediare-I and placed third in his first dressage show ever, at Prix St. George. These competitions had fields of over 35 with many successful international horse and riders.

Offspring Information and Show Results:
Okeanos stood his first year in Germany covering over forty mares and has been rebred to many of these mares while standing in Sweden. His young offspring in Germany, Sweden and now USA show great promise. The most common trait in the intial crops are showing he is consitently passing on high scores in Type, and he seems to be a refining stallion as well. His foals are very good looking with beautiful heads.
