Site Problems
Step One—Your Browser: For best results, you should use the a current version of Internet Explorer or Firefox.

    Step Two—JavaScript: You need to make sure you have your browser set to allow JavaScript and scripts. JavaScript will allow you to use many of the features on this site. The use of JavaScript on this site is 100% harmless. Also, we maintain the privacy of our site's users.

    How to enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer:

    1. Launch Internet Explorer.
    2. Go to the Tools menu and click Internet Options.
    3. Go to the Security tab and click the Custom Level button.  The Security Settings dialog box will open up. Scroll down to the Scripting section and find the Active Scripting listing. Click the Enable option.
    4. Click OK. Click Apply. Click OK.

    Step Three—Cookies: To use the Members' Area of the website, you will need to have cookies enabled.  Cookies are small files that get saved to your computer.  Our cookie is 100% harmless and holds only your encrypted authorization credentials for accessing the Members' Area.

    How to enable cookies for this site in Internet Explorer:
    While our cookie is 100% safe and harmless, not all cookies are.  For that reason, we will just show you how to enable cookies for this website only:

    1. Launch Internet Explorer.
    2. Go to the Tools menu and click Internet Options.
    3. On the Privacy tab, set the Privacy slider to High (or Medium if that's your preference), and click Apply.
    4. Click Edit, and a new window will appear.
    5. Enter swanaoffice.org in the text box and click Allow.
    6. Click OK. Click OK.

    If you have followed these steps and are still having trouble Accessing the Members' Area (and you are a current member), please try logging out and logging back in again.

    Step Four—Adobe Reader: If you will be using the print-and-send PDF forms and documents on this site, you will need the latest version of the free Adobe Reader software, which you can download at adobe.com. Simply install the software (it will walk you through the process) and you'll be ready to view, fill in, and print all of these forms.
